Ah the dreaded I need to loose weight and I need to do it now. I'm really bad at exercising. I hate it. I need to do. So we're going to try again.
Step 1 in the plan: Give up soda. Did this June 1 and had 1 cup of punch that had sprite in it at the end of June, didn't realize at first that there was soda in it. Then in July I had 1/2 a cup of Pepsi (about 3 or 4 oz) I'm not sure how big those cups were but they were small. I only had it because I was sampling food and there was nothing else to drink.
Step 2 in the plan: Eat 3 meals a day. I'm still working on this and it's very inconsistance. Some days it's 3 some days it's 1 or 2. I need to get better about it.
Step 3 in plan: Count those calories. I need to get better about this too.
Step 4 in plan: Uncover that treadmill. I would like to start using it again.
Step 5 in plan: start using Wii Fit again. I would "workout" on it every other night or so.
I'd like to get it all figured out and start to get some of this weight off me. I printed a weekly treadmill log to keep track of stuff. I'll attach it to my wall like I use to to and then add it to my workout journal every week.
I'll be updating every Saturday here, the good, the bad and the ugly. Should be fun.
So let's get to working out.
