Printables

So I love things that I can print.   I print my calendar, I print coloring pages for the kids.  I print lists.  I love printing things.  I like the way things that have been printed look.   I admit it   I have a problem.  It's not my only addiction and my addictions are pretty harmless.  Fonts, Cutting files, things along that nature.   Now it's printable stuff.

Like today.  One of the things that I'm interested in is what are called "mommy cards" .  Pretty much it's a business card for mom's.   I went to a few site and found some but I wasn't thrilled with a) the price, $25 for 50 cards, no thank you.  b) how many cards, 50 was the lowest amount, I don't think I'll need 50 cards.   So I did a search on Dogpile.com (my favorite search engine) and found a place that had a few business cards.  I typed in the info I wanted, printed, and cut.   I totally love them.  Then, oh then.   I scrolled to the next post and there were lovely notecards.  They were little squares with owls in a multitude (6) colors.  When sending notes to school with my children I have a bad habit of wanting them to be cute.  I like cute, I'm creative, it appeals to small artistic side of me.   So I printed them.  Then I hit the home button (If I ever find the site again I'll post the link) and there were a ton of free printables.   I was right clicking up a storm.

Upon my clicking I found some rather neat cards as well.  They have a place for name and contact info.  I thought wouldn't it be great to put those in my purse and when I need one of my kids friends parents info I can just hand them a card and there it is.  No more looking for paper to jot the stuff on, no I have contact cards.  Of course, it doesn't help if you don't have a pen on you to.

So now I have all these fun printable things.  I have a few in my purse.  I've looked over the internet.  I still am on a mission to find more.   I also will be searching for more fonts, files, and digital stamps and digital paper.   Why because it's a sickness and one that I love.   Thank goodness that I have an external hard drive otherwise my poor hard drive would be full.
